Sewage!
So they're putting sidewalks, sewage, and new water lines in our neighborhood. We've been anticipating the time when they roll across our lawn and destroy everything. It's here!
They're parked on our front lawn, for heaven's sake.

Do you have to pay for the new sidewalks and sewer pipes and lawns and such?
If so, then Larko's right....strap on some Kevlar and roll through downtown. Take out City Hall or a bank or something.

hah! lucky for us, we only have to pay to have our house hooked up to the sewage system. essentially, for about 20 feet of pipe, which i hear will cost us at least a grand. everything else is just part of the county-tax deal. thank heavens.
