One of the things I love the most about the Internet is the strange and unexpected ways it benefits us. There are countless examples of this, not the least of which is the ability to communicate instantly (and semi-permanently) across the continent (and across the world) with old friends.
But this was totally unexpected. Who could have imagined that Google would be an integral tool in the solving of a crime?

Okay, so this is the best picture ever. I'm telling you, something about having a niece is a lot like having a daughter. Everyone I know is having kids, and I think they're all absolutely spectacular (all of your children included, of course), but this girl is my blood. Seriously, I feel just amazing about the whole experience. Can't wait to have my own, whenever that time comes.
I am an uncle! I'm overjoyed about this one. Can't help it. Someday I'll be a father, but even being the uncle of a little one makes me tremendously happy.
Erika has been having a pretty rough time of it post-delivery, so think of her a little if you can.
